Transportation Requirements

• These lifting towers must remain upright during transportation. They cannot be laid on their sides under Haye Productions' rental policy.
• A suitable enclosed trailer, appropriately sized cargo van, or box truck with sufficient interior height and loading clearance is required.
• A properly rated loading ramp or liftgate is required for safe loading and unloading.
• Towers must be properly secured against movement, tipping, or impact during transportation.
• Customer pickup is subject to approval of the transportation arrangements.

Professional Operation & Cable Protection

• Rental is intended for experienced personnel familiar with professional lifting equipment.
• Follow all manufacturer operating instructions, safety procedures, and load restrictions.
• Protect the steel lifting cables, pulleys, winch, and locking mechanisms from damage.
• Never allow lifting cables to become loose, twisted, pinched, improperly routed, or damaged.
• Do not force the winch or continue operation if unusual resistance or abnormal cable movement occurs.
• Properly deploy stabilizers and level each tower before lifting equipment.
• All suspended loads must be properly rigged and evaluated by qualified personnel.

Equipment Damage & Responsibility

Improper operation, transportation, or handling can cause significant damage to the lifting system and result in expensive repairs or replacement.

The renter is responsible for equipment damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, in accordance with the rental agreement.

These lifting towers are professional rigging equipment and must be operated by experienced personnel following manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.

• Never exceed the manufacturer's rated lifting capacity
• Verify load weight, balance, and rigging compatibility
• Properly deploy and level all stabilizing outriggers
• Inspect lifting cables, winches, and safety mechanisms before operation
• Never operate with damaged or improperly routed lifting cables
• Keep personnel clear of suspended loads and moving components
• Never use the equipment to lift personnel
• Follow manufacturer requirements for wind and weather conditions
• Stop operation immediately if abnormal resistance or equipment damage is suspected

Important: The rated capacity of an individual tower does not establish the safe capacity of an entire suspended system. All rigging configurations must be evaluated by qualified personnel.

Equipment must be returned complete and in proper operating condition, excluding normal wear. Responsibility for loss, misuse, or damage is governed by the Haye Productions rental agreement.
