ProX XTF-FT8045 Fantek Lifting Tower - 992 lbs Capacity
The ProX XTF-FT8045 made by FANTEK® Valencia Spain Lifting Tower is Front Loading and allows raising the load from the floor, avoiding any single effort and specially designed for a reliable lifting of Line Array Systems of up to 450 kg (992 lbs) to a maximum height of 8 meters / 26.4 Ft. This product is perfect to fly line array systems, trusses and LED screens. The compact design with castors gives the XTF-FT8045 Rigging tower easy handling and maneuverability, reducing storage space and it is the ideal solution for touring, rental and event production (concerts, events, trade fair stands, stage construction, fitting-out discos, theaters, broadcasting, TV, etc.). This Compact model is only 6.56ft (2 m) folded height.
Front loading lifting tower with a maximum height of 8 meters capable of lifting up to 450 Kg in its normal operating mode and 700 Kg in its structural mode. Its Dynamic Overlap system allows the forces to be correctly distributed over the profiles, thus increasing their resistance and reducing deflection.

These Patented Dynamic Overlap® stacking trusses (5 Masts) are manufactured with extruded aluminum (Alloy: EN-AW according to 6082 T6) and TIG welded by Certified Welders for maximum safety, are specially designed to be compact when folded, reducing storage space and making it easier to handle. FANTEK® towers use a reinforced steel base with outriggers that support heavy loads and high heights.
During lifting, the tower telescopic mechanism lift can stop safely at any of the Pin Locking System positions. These pins take the load off the wire rope. Additionally, the DYNSYS® is a system designed to guarantee the “health” and good operation of the tower, since it accomplishes many functions, all focused on maximizing user safety. Each Dynsys system is adjusted to control the torque that is applied on the winch and, when this is exceeded, the system acts and does not allow to continue the lifting process. The WIREDRIVE® is a multidirectional grooved pulley that reduces the wire angle between the winch drum and its entry to the first mast. The steel base provides great stability when the adjustable screw-jacks are well balanced and the bubble level on the base provides accurate leveling. Always secure loads at a locking point and never on the winch alone!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid problems a competent person should inspect all rigging hardware, stands and equipment before each use and periodically do a major inspection for signs of wear, abuse, and general adequacy, as well as perform any manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance on schedule. Observe all warnings and usage instructions in the full manual. Use at your own risk.
Basic Usage: Ensure that the stand is positioned on hard stable surface, in suitable location, on firm ground and clear of overhead obstacles. Stabilize legs before lifting the tower or any load. When outdoors, secure the tower with braces or cables, in case of wind.
Check the cable, it should not show damaged or flattened areas nor broken strands.
Using the Winch: For Lifting the tower, turn the winch handle clockwise. For lowering the tower, turn the winch handle counter-clockwise.
Safety Notes:
Loading on truss and stands should comply with rated weights.
Lock all the safety mechanisms (safety pins, knobs)
Loads must be centered & balanced on each lifting unit.
Safety chains must be installed on each item attached to the unit.
Leave a safety perimeter with a radius 5ft greater than the maximum height of the stands during lifting and lowering of loads.
During transport, close all the sections and lock the lifting carriage.
Do not attempt to move the stand when loaded or in the extended position.
Service Notes:
Servicing and repairs must be made by qualified persons.
Cable, pulleys, and telescopic masts must be inspected before each use. Any damaged cable must be replaced immediately.
An annual inspection by an authorized technician is suggested.
