ProX XTF-FT5323 Fantek Lifting Tower - 518 lbs Capacity

ProX XTF-FT5323 Fantek Lifting Tower - 518 lbs Capacity
ProX XTF-FT5323 FANTEK (Made in Spain) Compact Front Loading Lifting Line Array Systems Tower 518 lbs Capacity - Max Height 16ft. Includes XTF-ATF16PA Line Array Adapter with Hanging Ring. XTF-FT5323 FANTEK® Lifting Tower, a front-loading system designed for the effortless elevation of heavy loads from the floor. This tower can reliably lift Line Array Systems weighing up to 235 kg (518 lbs) to a maximum height of 4.98 meters (16.33 Ft). Its versatility makes it suitable for suspending line array systems, trusses, and LED screens, with a compact design and integrated castors for exceptional maneuverability, reducing storage space. This tower is the perfect solution for applications in touring, rental, and event production, including concerts, trade fair stands, theaters, and more.
Included with this item is an XTF-ATF16PA Line Array Adapter with a Hanging Ring. Our patented Dynamic Overlap® stacking trusses, incorporating four masts, are crafted from extruded aluminum and TIG welded for safety. The tower's telescopic mechanism includes a Pin Locking System for secure stopping during lifting, relieving the load from the wire rope. Additionally, the DYNSYS® system ensures user safety by monitoring torque and preventing overloading, and the WIREDRIVE® minimizes wire angle for smooth operation. The steel base and adjustable screw jacks provide stability, and it's crucial to secure loads at a locking point, not on the winch alone.

XT-FT5323 is Made by FANTEK® in Valencia Spain.
Minimum Height - 1.71 meters / 5.62 Feet
Max Height - 4.98 meters / 16.33 Feet
Max Load - 235 kg / 518 lbs
Winch - 500 kg / 1003.10 lbs
Steel Loading Forks - 500 mm / 19.68 Inches
These Patented Dynamic Overlap® stacking trusses (4 Masts) are manufactured with extruded aluminum (Alloy: EN-AW according to 6082 T6) and TIG welded by Certified Welders for maximum safety, are specially designed to be compact when folded, reducing storage space and making it easier to handle. FANTEK® towers use a reinforced steel base with outriggers that support heavy loads and high heights.
During lifting, the tower telescopic mechanism lift can stop safely at any of the Pin Locking System positions. These pins take the load off the wire rope. Additionally, the DYNSYS® is a system designed to guarantee the “health” and good operation of the tower, since it accomplishes many functions, all focused on maximizing user safety. Each Dynsys system is adjusted to control the torque that is applied on the winch and, when this is exceeded, the system acts and does not allow to continue the lifting process. The WIREDRIVE® is a multidirectional grooved pulley that reduces the wire angle between the winch drum and its entry to the first mast. The steel base provides great stability when the adjustable screw-jacks are well balanced and the bubble level on the base provides accurate leveling. Always secure loads at a locking point and never on the winch alone!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid problems a competent person should inspect all rigging hardware, stands and equipment before each use and periodically do a major inspection for signs of wear, abuse, and general adequacy, as well as perform any manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance on schedule. Observe all warnings and usage instructions in the full manual. Use at your own risk.
Basic Usage: Ensure that the stand is positioned on hard stable surface, in suitable location, on firm ground and clear of overhead obstacles. Stabilize legs before lifting the tower or any load. When outdoors, secure the tower with braces or cables, in case of wind.
Check the cable, it should not show damaged or flattened areas nor broken strands.
Using the Winch: For Lifting the tower, turn the winch handle clockwise. For lowering the tower, turn the winch handle counter-clockwise.
Safety Notes:
Loading on truss and stands should comply with rated weights.
Lock all the safety mechanisms (safety pins, knobs)
Loads must be centered & balanced on each lifting unit.
Safety chains must be installed on each item attached to the unit.
Leave a safety perimeter with a radius 5ft greater than the maximum height of the stands during lifting and lowering of loads.
During transport, close all the sections and lock the lifting carriage.
Do not attempt to move the stand when loaded or in the extended position.
Service Notes:
Servicing and repairs must be made by qualified persons.
Cable, pulleys, and telescopic masts must be inspected before each use. Any damaged cable must be replaced immediately.
An annual inspection by an authorized technician is suggested.
