Multi-day pricing covers the system remaining deployed at the venue for the selected reservation period. It does not include continuous on-site staffing, show operation or additional production labor during the reservation period.

This package is offered as a professionally deployed sound system rather than a standard equipment-only rental.
Standard system configuration includes:
2 × RCF KX 45-A professional loudspeakers
2 × RCF SUB 9019-AS powered subwoofers
Professional digital mixing / system control
Required mounting, signal and power cabling
Professional local delivery, system setup, configuration, testing and breakdown are included within our standard service area. Haye Productions will deploy and optimize the system for the event and venue.
Digital mixing and professional system control are included as appropriate for the event. An Allen & Heath CQ-18T or other suitable professional mixing and processing solution may be provided depending on the application.
Additional SUB 9019-AS subwoofers, additional loudspeakers, front fills, delay systems and other production equipment can be added when greater coverage or low-frequency output is required.
Additional setup changes, equipment moves, daily system support, rehearsals, sound checks, show operation, on-site technicians, engineers or other production labor are available and will be quoted separately based on the event schedule and requirements.
Extended travel, difficult venue access, parking, tolls, specialized power, additional labor and other event-specific requirements may incur additional charges.
On-site staffing and show operation are not included in the standard system price. FOH engineers, audio technicians, system technicians and additional production personnel are available and can be quoted separately based on the event schedule and required hours.
📋 System Reservation & Event Requirements
This is a professionally deployed Haye Productions system. The customer is responsible for providing accurate event times, venue information, access requirements and loading conditions before the reservation is confirmed.
Safe and reasonable equipment access is required. For events above or below the primary loading level, an appropriately sized and operational service or freight elevator must be available during both setup and breakdown. Standard system deployment does not include carrying professional production equipment over stairs.
Venue parking, loading restrictions, service-elevator reservations, building requirements, union or house-labor requirements and any special access procedures must be disclosed before the event.
Professional system deployment includes the agreed delivery, setup, system configuration, testing and breakdown. Continuous on-site staffing, show operation, rehearsals, extended sound checks and additional production labor are not included unless specifically stated in the reservation.

Haye Productions will review available venue power and system requirements as part of planning the deployment.
Dedicated 120V electrical service may be required depending on the final system configuration and other production equipment being used at the event.
