This is a professionally delivered and deployed Haye Productions Mobile Stage. The customer is responsible for providing accurate event times, site information, access conditions and stage requirements before the reservation is confirmed.
A firm, reasonably level deployment area and suitable access for the stage and tow vehicle are required. Ground conditions, vehicle access, overhead clearances, stage placement and available setup space must be suitable for safe deployment.
Weather and wind conditions may affect stage setup and operation. Haye Productions retains final authority over stage placement, configuration, deployment and weather-related safety actions.
Any special site requirements, restricted access, permits, venue requirements, production equipment, banners, scrims, lighting, audio or video systems should be disclosed before the event.
