Equipment package pricing shown. Local delivery and basic system setup may be included or available at little to no additional cost depending on location, access and system configuration. Rigging, specialized power distribution, extended travel, audio engineering, system technicians and additional production labor are quoted separately when required.
📋 System Reservation & Event Requirements
This is a professionally deployed Haye Productions system. The customer is responsible for providing accurate event times, venue information, access requirements and loading conditions before the reservation is confirmed.
Safe and reasonable equipment access is required. For events above or below the primary loading level, an appropriately sized and operational service or freight elevator must be available during both setup and breakdown. Standard system deployment does not include carrying professional production equipment over stairs.
Venue parking, loading restrictions, service-elevator reservations, building requirements, union or house-labor requirements and any special access procedures must be disclosed before the event.
Professional system deployment includes the agreed delivery, setup, system configuration, testing and breakdown. Continuous on-site staffing, show operation, rehearsals, extended sound checks and additional production labor are not included unless specifically stated in the reservation.

The RCF HDL 26-A Line Array Rental System is a compact, high-output professional sound reinforcement package designed for concerts, festivals, live bands, corporate events, cultural events and professional event production.
The standard system combines 16 RCF HDL 26-A active line array modules with 4 RCF SUB 9029-AS dual-19" high-output touring subwoofers for powerful full-range reinforcement with substantial low-frequency output in a highly scalable system.
System configuration can be customized based on venue dimensions, audience size, coverage requirements, stage configuration and event type. Additional array modules, subwoofers, front fills, outfills and delay systems are available when required.

⚡ Event Power Requirements
Adequate event power is required for this high-output active PA system. Haye Productions will review the planned system configuration and venue power requirements before deployment.
Electrical requirements depend on the final number of HDL 26-A modules, SUB 9029-AS subwoofers, stage equipment, consoles, monitors and other production equipment being used.
Dedicated circuits, production power distribution or generator power may be required depending on the final system configuration and venue.
Haye Productions can assist with power planning and appropriate production power distribution when required.

🏗 System Design, Rigging & Deployment
Final line array length, splay angles, array height, subwoofer configuration, fill speakers and system processing are determined according to the venue, audience geometry and event requirements.
Systems may be flown from approved structural rigging, supported by appropriate ground-support systems, or configured using other approved deployment methods depending on the event.
Rigging, structural requirements, site access and deployment methods must be approved before installation. Additional rigging equipment, structures and labor may be quoted separately.
🚚 Delivery, Setup & Production Support
Professional delivery, system setup and breakdown are included within our standard local service area. Haye Productions will deploy, configure, test and optimize the PA system for the event.
Extended travel, specialized rigging, power distribution and additional production labor may incur additional charges depending on the event, venue and system requirements.
Audio engineer / show operation is not included in the standard package price. Professional FOH engineers, monitor engineers and system technicians are available when required.
