Professional 64-Universe ONYX Lighting Control

The Obsidian NX2 is a compact, fully integrated professional lighting console designed for concerts, festivals, theatrical productions, touring shows, and complex event lighting applications.

Running the ONYX lighting control platform, the NX2 provides integrated processing for up to 64 DMX universes without requiring separate external processing hardware. Four physical DMX/RDM ports provide direct fixture connectivity, while dual Gigabit Ethernet ports support Art-Net, sACN, and ONYX X-Net networking.

A 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen, ten playback faders, eight parameter encoders, a secondary 3.5-inch touchscreen, and dedicated command controls provide an efficient programming and playback workflow.

With MIDI, SMPTE timecode, and support for two additional external 4K displays, the NX2 is well suited for professional lighting operators and production environments.

Rental Terms & Equipment Care

All rentals are subject to Haye Productions' Rental Agreement & Policies. A certificate of insurance, valid identification, credit card for deposit, and signed rental agreement may be required before equipment release.

The Obsidian NX2 is an indoor-use electronic lighting console and must be protected from rain, moisture, excessive dust, spills, and extreme environmental conditions. Use properly grounded electrical power and suitable power protection.

Renters are responsible for proper console operation, secure handling, protection of touchscreen and control surfaces, and backing up their show files. Existing console configurations and stored show files must not be altered without authorization.

Renters are responsible for returning all rented equipment and accessories in good condition and on time.
